FarmView Portal Onboarding: Floify

The FarmView Portal Onboarding document is a digital interactive user guide to acquaint loan officers with a new system for managing loans. Before this document existed, the loan officers were refusing to switch to the new system. After conducting a few interviews, I found out that it was simply due to fear of change. So I suggested we build a document outlining the use and benefits of the new system with screenshots from the actual environment. This both familiarized the loan officers with the new system so they were less afraid of switching to it and was aesthetically pleasing enough to even generate some excitement for it.
